Started anxiety meds with them about a month and a half ago. loved my Dr and they work good. But called today bc I havent started My monthly and asked if it was bc of meds. They said they would call me to let me no, waited 3 hours never got a call so called them and they said they called but didn't. And they told me to just STOP taking the anxiety meds. Idk if anyone else is on anxiety meds but u can't just stop taking them cold turkey u have to taper off and second they are helping me. Today I had appointment and I was late about 11 minutes and right away the girl who she works in front desk she canceled my appointment she said you are one minute late and you have to reschedule your appointment she was so rude . I said I just took off from my work because my appointment but they didn’t help me and I am really sad now I will cancel all my upcoming appointments and my kids with this clinic. They’re not helping people they’re just stolen our money and insurance money. Before I saw before they were not really nice and helpful but I said that is ok and I continued with them after today no more appointments with this company.

This place does not know how to draw blood for lab work, they will not fill your prescription without major conflict. Every time you come in for an appointment you have to see a new trainee, never your appointed Dr. because they are out on vacation.
