My experience was great from start to finish. Customer service was excellent. Alyssa took the time to explain all my insurance benefits. She had great patience for my big family and all the options available to us. I definitely recommend this location.

Great prices but HORRIBLE service. Don't bother telephoning, they don't answer the phone, it goes to voicemail. I left 3 VMs over a week period & no one returned a call. Got fed up & went to their location only to be told they're so busy they can't follow up on messages. I also had to replace my first order. Nearly a month went by without any notification. So, back to the store. They had them for over 2 weeks & no one called or text me to say they were ready for pickup. Staff aren't rude but they're not exactly friendly either. Staff do t seem happy in their workplace. I will not be going back to this location.

Great location, came in today at around 8:30am, all paperwork already taken care of. Office manager took care of us very quick. The doctor was quick and efficient, the after process with insurance and buying both contacts and glasses went great. Very pleased with this location, actually shocked at the reviews on the site here. Because not one encounter today went bad. Thank you for the quick help and great customer service.
