How wonderful to have found my 'Go To' for gracious and helpful service! Kathleen was just wonderful, and then was soon backed by the excellence of so neat an experienced optometrist, Dr. Sarah, most helpful and healing in answering all my questions with no pushing as I'd 'priorly' experienced. Instead, the Dr. was as my true neighbor, who protectively carefully explained why I didn't need eye services that had been pushed in the past. Kudos to a caring and honest Dr. Sarah! Yay! I have been going to Eyes West for a number of years because of the excellent service quality provided; inclusive of the thorough eye exam from Dr Sarah to the service provided by Scott when fitting from the latest styles of glass frames with the newest technology for the lenses. Dr Sarah identified high eye pressure in my eyes prior to any damage occurring from glaucoma. Every time I get a new prescription it is amazing how great my vision is. Dr Sarah shows comparison from existing to the new prescription. Subtle change makes a big difference. Scott has always stood behind the glasses that he provides.
I've been seeing Dr. Sarah for a few years. I have some issues with my eyes that can only be handled by an oculoplastic surgeon. When the original Dr. she referred me to couldn't take me in a reasonable amount of time she referred me to a different surgeon whos time table was only slightly better than the first doctor. Upon hearing she referred me, the second doctor took me much earlier and I was able to get the issue resolved almost immediately. I'm so blessed to have found her for a doctor. I appreciate the kindness they have shown me with all the issues I seem to be having lately. Thank you!
