Based on previous reviews I asked for Grace. I got full legs waxed and a Brazilian wax. I've a fairly decent pain tolerance but nothing was terrible and she was lovely, professional and conversational the whole time. It was my first time waxing and I am booked to go back again. It was a pleasant experience despite being for waxing. I was hesitant to do it since I am on the heavier side. 5/5 would recommend. The entire staff was lovely and polite. I hope all of their customers remain so too.
Maddison was great! I was very nervous cause I’m very picky with my eyebrows and it was my first time going there she listened told her how I felt what I wanted and she delivered. Thanks Maddison for listening.
I just had my first wax at European Wax Center and was booked with Grace and it was a great experience. Grace was professional, skilled and friendly! She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and I appreciate her asking me multiple questions to keep my mind off of the wax process itself (I need to be distracted) :)
For a Brazilian, there was very minimal discomfort and I left with great results, confident and satisfied. Definitely recommend Grace to anyone new to this location.
