i had not been to Bien Nails in a long time. Today I went in without an appointment and left feeling refreshed. The massage that the girl gave me was great on my feet and legs. She took a lot of time with me and didn't rush like some places do. The only problem I had was the lack of communication. The girls were constantly talking in Vietnamese to each other and it was sort of irritating since none of the customers could visit because of their constant talking. We would have had to yell at each other. There was a woman in her 90's that was having her first manicure. I wnated to do something special with my wife, so booked a couples pedicure. The experience was wonderful. We had several laughs and came a way with great looking feet. Definitely planning another visit.

I made a last minute appointment here and being my first visit I was a bit unsure. I was greeted, checked in and Jimmy did my nails and did a wonderful job, also enjoyed a pedicure! I will be back! Great job
