We had a smell coming from our shower drain and couldn't figure out why. I called Before and After plumbing and they sent Ryan out the next day. Ryan gave us a few options but said smells were hard to find because it could be anything and everything "looked" ok. So we went ahead and did the drain cleaning as the first step. Since Ryan has been out we have not only not had anymore smells but we also noticed our bathtub is draining so fast now. Thanks Ryan!
I recently had 3 toilets installed through Lowes and contracted with a different plumbing company. The contractor was unable to install my toilets due to basic resolvable issues that they attempted to upsell me on($1500) more then quoted before they were willing to complete the installs.I promptly terminated the service with the Lowe’s contractor and called Before and After Plumbing.Before and After were able to send out technicians the same day to help me resolve my issues. Our spigot was leaking so badly that I had to turn off the water from the main. Luckily we have used this company before and they responded extremely promptly, came out the same evening to fix the problem. Mauricio the technician worked a looooong day and was still so pleasant and professional while he was here. I plan on passing on the name of this fantastic business to all my neighbors!
