The entire visit, from the moment of check in to check out, and all the professional procedures in between went pleasantly, smoothly, and comfortably. The tech staff and Dr Duong explained procedures and invited my questions and comments. I felt well-cared for throughout each step. And it all happened well-within the expected time frame. The facility was clean and well maintained. (And the Halloween costumes and decorations were a value added)
The check in kiosk was easy and the wait time acceptable. This office serves a large community of patients as quickly as possible. The care and attention once in the exam room is excellent.
Everyone was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, and the doctor explained exactly what was going on. Made a clear for me. I marked everybody in all the staff that that help me in this process Jerry AHLERS.
