Based on previous reviews I asked for Grace. I got full legs waxed and a Brazilian wax. I've a fairly decent pain tolerance but nothing was terrible and she was lovely, professional and conversational the whole time. It was my first time waxing and I am booked to go back again. It was a pleasant experience despite being for waxing. I was hesitant to do it since I am on the heavier side. 5/5 would recommend. The entire staff was lovely and polite. I hope all of their customers remain so too.

First of all, Katie is extremely nice, polite, personable and professional. She took the time to listen to me and used the proper amount of pressure to target the areas I was having problems with. I paid for 90 minutes but got 105. It was like she wasn't going to stop till I felt better! I have already booked my follow up appointment. I highly recommend!!!

I’ve been to places all over the valley to get a pedicure and this is by far my favorite. I paid a fair price for the “middle grade” pedicure ($47) and they gave me services within the pedicure that I haven’t received anywhere else. This is the only place I will go to get pedicures now. I've had excellent treatments each time and always leave happy. The guys are friendly and excellent, but it was Nina who did my pedicure this last visit, and she was meticulous. Her attention to detail was out of this world. Her massage was wonderful and relaxing. My toes look great and feel even better. Great place and highly recommend.

I was in the area temporary for work, complaining to my coworkers of the hard time I was having in finding someone to do my hair. My co-worker suggested Sanity Salon and said she had an appointment and would inquire with her stylist about me. The stylist in turn referred me to the owner, Maritza. After sending pictures and calling me to thoroughly discuss my hair needs, I was able to get an appointment a few weeks later. I could kiss my coworker for putting me onto Maritza and Sanity Salon. She made it such an enjoyable experience, her total demeanor relaxed, friendly and so relatable. I knew my hair was going to be in good hands during our phone consultation, and it only solidified when I sat down in her chair. Nothing but the highest praises to this magician when my curly cut and highlights were completed. To top that cake off, prices were actually reasonable. The shop was clean and I noticed they offered many services. My highest gripe is that I don't live in the area anymore and can't take her with me!

Singletary crew arrived on time to install cleanout on sewer line. Gave me an estimate and got to work. Turns out the job was much easier than anticipated and they were done in just a couple of hours. I was shocked when the final price was about one third of the estimate! These guys are honest, clean and friendly. I'll use them anytime I need plumbing or sewer repairs.

I needed to get carpet replaced in my mother's home asap. Encore was one of three companies I met with in person to obtain quotes and look at samples (I had phone consults with five) and after gathering all the info, it was an obvious decision to go with Encore. Not only is Rich (the owner) very personable and easy to work with, he is also transparent and puts the needs of his clients first. He's not going to upsell you and is direct about the variances in quality vs price. I also had major time constraints and he moved mountains to get the carpet replaced ASAP (his delivery team was also prompt, friendly and efficient). Extra bonus is that his partner, Linda, has a great eye and will help you make decisions if needed (which I very much needed!). We had no idea that all fire extinguisher systems need to be inspected regularly. We moved in 2008 and never knew until my husband noticed a slow trickle of water coming from one of the spouts. We were so fortunate to have Action Automatic Fire Sprinklers & Safety Services came and fix everything. They were fast, efficient and careful. I’d make a commercial for them. We really loved what Jeff did with our guest bathroom shower. We had issues with the water leaking through the door due to the shower head in the wrong location. The new shower has been upgraded and no more leaking. After finishing the guest shower he remodeled our master bath and shower. We had several leaks in the shower and the bathtub did not have access panel. We decided to remodel both of them. I am so glad we did. It came out great. We love it! JDR contracting did the job in a timely matter. They communicated throughout the process. They do what they say they are going to do. Highly recommend.
Gorilla builders just completed our custom home and we are so happy with the results. They were nice to work with and we love the quality of the house. The estimate was very competitive and fair. Being able to choose exactly how you want your dream home using quality materials was awesome. The work was done in such a professional manner, detailed, clean and respectful of our vision.

Arizona Rainfall EXCEEDED our expectations. The video rendition provided after our initial consult with Tim Brown came to life. The communication was important with anyone we selected for our project and Tim, Roy and Bobby were exceptional and communicated throughout the ENTIRE process. I've been going to Rolfe for a few years now. Every time I go is a pleasant experience. The front office staff, techs, hygienists, and dentists are all friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and are genuinely caring about your health. I've never walked out thinking it was a bad experience. My most recent visit, I had Denise as my x-ray tech and Rachel as my hygienist. They were both incredibly friendly but also great at their jobs. Spending the most time with Rachel, she kept the mood light and casual, but took the time to explain and show me things I can do to keep my mouth/teeth healthier and cleaner! Just all around a great experience and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist!
I've been a patient of Dr. Wellman for over 5 years and Jen has been my Hygienist the entire time. I've had nothing but great experiences there. The front office staff is welcoming, helpful and very friendly. Jen is personable and does a fantastic cleaning every time. Dr. Wellman has done fillings and an implant for me and does excellent work.

CHANGED MY LIFE!! I was so broken when I started to see him, I could barely walk. Immediately started to feel better. I have a back stimulator and my low back fused and no one would touch me or would hurt me when they did my sessions, the way he adjusted how he adjust me it doesn't hurt. I have been seeing him for about 8 months, started 2-3x a week, now I can see him every other week and be ok.l but I prefer to still see him weekly. Very affordable if you don't have insurance. Several of my friends go here as well. If you are looking for someone that delivers results go. The office experience had been great as well.
Hands down one of the best chiropractic clinics I’ve been too, and I have experienced multiple clinics over fifteen years. The staff is very professional and kind. There is a public bathroom while you wait for your adjustment too, so that’s a bonus! The hours are very convenient and walk-in treatment is great! Depending on when you arrive you will receive care typically in a timely manner right when they re-open @ 2:45 (I haven’t gone in the morning). Wait time is possibly longer, as it does vary, so you have to add extra time if you’re busy that day (this might be a downside for some people). Every chiropractor that I have seen has been very helpful and efficient with their knowledge and care, even providing at-home tips! I also really appreciate that there are two locations so close to my home and multiple locations I can visit if I’m traveling. If you need to go more than once a month, signing up for the Wellness Program is very affordable and still allows for a flexible schedule. It is automatically deducted from your HSA or bank account, which makes it convenient.
From the lady at reception to Dr. Backus this is a friendly and a nice experience. Dr. Backus is so thorough and gentle and I ALWAYS walk out of the office feeling better! My husband and I live 4 hours away from the office. When we come to town, we make sure to get an adjustment! Lynda Kalisz

Excellent Dermatologist, Dr.Carr is wonderful,helped me with my hidradenitis suppurativa,she’s been the only dermatologist in my area to treat my condition properly, Dr.Carr made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns, I had cyst removed and Dr. Machalke assisted by closing up my incisions, his technique left very little scarring I’m amazed at his work! I’d highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for a dermatologist or a good plastic surgeon
I am a long time patient for a Derm in IL. I fly back home quarterly as needed to see my Derm! But... I needed emergency help with a small facial injection due to a droopy eye lid. Dr Karan Lal got me in with 24 hours notice. Office is amazing. The doctor was amazing. Professional, honest, easy to trust and super friendly. Honestly I will be back because the experience was amazing, the views were amazing - and so was Dr Lal !!!

I cannot begin to say how much I love, adore, and appreciate these amazing people! My daughter has the privilege of rescuing a 3 mo old orange tabby, little princess from a dire situation and we needed medical care sooner than later for her. The staff were able to fit her in the same day at such a reasonable cost that we were willing to drive across the valley. And thank goodness we did! It was so worth the trip! The attention to detail and respect given to the little gift we were blessed with was astounding. You can tell each person there on staff truly loves animals. I will never go anywhere else...EVER!
Dr. Kim is what we hope to find in a vet..someone who is personable, knowledgeable, and listens to pet owners who are worried. What I never thought to find is a vet that LOVES CATS and does whatever is necessary to see that your fur babies will be taken care of at home...by you! On our first visit with Bootsy she crawled under a chair to give him his meds. Then my adult daughter and I joined her on the floor to learn how to give oral medication and eye drops. The next time we needed to give eye meds, we owned up to not being very good at it. She gave us even more training until both of us were able to show her we could do it. Success at home followed. I remember many years ago when teaching elementary school children, that teaching often required finding many different ways to present material so that everyone could understand. That's Dr. Kim. She takes the time to share her knowledge so that our cats get the best care possible. She personally owns many cats and does non-profit adoption. Over the past 8 months we have adopted two of her kitties. Having been well socialized, they transitioned very easily to living in our now 3 cat home. If you stop by her office you might be lucky to find some kitties available for adoption. We are so happy to have found Dr. Kim.
Ignore the most recent 1-star. They don't know the different a regular vet and an emergency hospital and blamed All Star for their ignorance. Now on to my review: They're great. Their prices are phenomenal, their availability is phenomenal, and their vet is great with my cats. No upselling or hard pushes on additional services, they care about your pets wellbeing and are not out for profiteering. Nothing but great things.
We had a scare with our 9-year-old Border Collie jumping from the couch. They were able to fit us in right away for an analysis and x-rays, recommended pain meds, and even offer a military discount. As new members of the community, we will be using this office as our main veterinarian from now on.
My dog was always terrified and trembled when we took him to get groomed at PetSmart. Once we switched to Monkey Jumpers, he is calm and you can tell he is truly loved and cared about. I would never trust anybody else :)

I paid for 90 minutes but got 105. It was like she wasn't going to stop till I felt better! I have already booked my follow up appointment. I highly recommend!!!

I had such a great experience at Athletico! Nick was such a knowledgeable physical therapist and he really listened to my needs and made a plan for me that helped me get back to being an ICU nurse. I went there a few years ago for a week.I have peripheral neuropathy all over my body and was willing to try anything. After 5 days I was pain free and I’m not joking. The only other thing that worked as well was IV Ketamine treatments, which insurance stopped paying for Jan 2024. It figures, they’d rather us take their drugs for the rest of our lives.
Anyway, it was just too far from my house so I couldn’t go like I wanted.
But I think I’m going to start again because it’s worth the drive and the doctors are so afraid to prescribe narcotics anymore.
This works, I swear.
