They offer various plumbing repair services, drain cleaning, line maintenance, inspections, water leak repair, and trenchless sewer repair. They have a customer-first approach, providing a free estimate before any work begins. Rooter Ranger plumbing was absolutely spot on. They were timely, efficient, and clean. Peter was an amazing plumber and went to all to get the problem resolved. Customers would use them on any and every job that they have upcoming, as their prices were very reasonable. First, the personnel that responded to a serious plumbing issue, Andre and a field supervisor, and the steps they took to diagnose the issues. These gentlemen were very polite and professional, and Andre kept the customer in the loop every step of the diagnosis and then their recommendations. Quite frankly, the customer has dealt with over 5 different plumbing companies over the years with this property due to its age, and by far, Rooter Ranger is the most professional of all. The next day, Kaden worked on the issues, spending several hours and again, keeping the customer in the loop the entire time. Kaden also pointed out to the customer an issue on the roof that they did not know existed and took a picture for them so they could reach out to a roofing contractor for that. In the end, the issues were fixed, Rooter Ranger stuck to their estimate and provided a military discount. The customer could not be more impressed with this company and the employees from start to finish.
