Don't bother trying to save money if on a limited income, they upcharge 20% if using your old frames. It reduces the quality of the lenses you qualify for through insurance. After talking to my Medicare provider, they have the right to add 20%. I have been told there are many other "eye boutiques" that don't take advantage of that right, shop wisely!

This optical department is a complete joke. I have been waiting for them to re-do my computer glasses for almost a month. I finally got in touch with them and was told that the glasses didn't pass final inspection and it would be over a week longer before they are ready! This is ludicrous!!
