I have been going to Dr.Stern for several years and find him to be very caring, understanding and knowledgeable. He has operated on me a few times with great results. I highly recommend him and his office.

I was suffering from urinary retention, clotting and bladder spasms Friday 5/24 after a Tuesday prostate biopsy. Blonde lady at front desk helped me ger access to a bathroom several times while still checking in New patients. Very empathetic! PA Austin Grace was calm and measured in working with me to understand the best treatment. He patiently guided me at each decision point. All together I was there 6 hours! But I went home feeling substantially better and continued to feel better through the weekend. Thanks!

I was seen in Banner Del Web and saw Dr Jones also from Academic Urology for surgery and he was carrying and professional. I saw Dr Stern today and everyone of the office staff including Dr Stern, were very professional, compassionate and truly showed interest in my care. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but it’s the same in any office I’ve been to. It is worth the wait for the excellent care I received!
