Everyone is very nice. Dr. Stern is very good, however I saw his Nurse assistant who was very good as well. They are a very busy clinic which says something about their quality of care. I would recommend Dr. Stern.
Getting a prostate biopsy is never a pleasant experience, but Dr. Stern and the staff at Academic Urology made the experience as peasant as possible. Dr. Stern is a caring doctor who answered my questions, put me at ease and performed the procedure in timely manner. The staff was professional and friendly and it all contributed to making the procedure as comfortable as possible.
Everyone was positive and super friendly. Everything I needed to know was explained in words and at speeds which I could understand. I've been a patient for over a year and am very satisfied with this office and all the doctors, nurses, physicians assistants and office staff. They work super hard to make everyone feel welcome and lovingly cared for. And my major surgery was 100% successful with minimal side effects 3 months out.
