“Lisa Nez has been my husband’s caregiver for a couple of months. Lisa is kind, but also works hard to motivate my 81 year-old husband. She gets him up to move around, plays games with him, and keeps him engaged. “We needed a battery for my grandma's inogen in order for her to get on the plane from Phoenix to Oregon and the lady said they usually didn't carry those on hand but asked us to have a seat while she talked to her manager.
