David Toland is Northwest Valley Eye Care. He is the most caring and conscientious Dr. I've ever had. His staff is just as precise and wonderful. I have had to use someone else due to unforeseen family responsibilities. The quality of the other Dr. and staff does not compare to Dr. Toland and the Northwest Valley Eye Care staff. I have been a very happy patient of Dr. Toland's since 2017. Dr Toland was recommended to me after I had received a partial cornea transplant. Dr Toland and his staff are very professional, courteous and thorough in all facets of eye care. Upon entering Dr Toland's office, Northwest Valley EyeCare, you will mediately know by the manor of the staff and their dress you will immediately know that you have entered a caring and professional business.Jim G.
