New in town and needed a haircut, so I got set up with Ludy. I asked for my usual long layered cut for my long hair, I also decided to go with bangs, and to take nothing off the length. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Ludy spent 10 minutes cutting the back, I asked again what she was doing and she said layering. I got very nervous because she wasn’t cutting it like a layer should’ve been cut and said to move on to the sides and front. She didn’t layer the sides and cut my bangs weird. Don't waste your money if you need someone to cut your hair the way you ask them to. When i called for an appointment I told the woman who turned out to be the owner that I needed someone to listen to how i wanted my hair cut. She said that was her. I told her I did not want short hair. I wanted long layers. I like my hair covering my neck and ears. Well i got the exact opposite. She just chopped my hair short and did what SHE wanted. I can not and will not ever recommend her or the salon to anyone.
