I've a fairly decent pain tolerance but nothing was terrible and she was lovely, professional and conversational the whole time. It was my first time waxing and I am booked to go back again. It was a pleasant experience despite being for waxing. I was hesitant to do it since I am on the heavier side. 5/5 would recommend. The entire staff was lovely and polite. I hope all of their customers remain so too.“

“This is an excellent EWC. Upon arrival I was promptly and kindly greeted. I was able to check in and take a brief seat in the lobby. Clean, quiet, and a little merchandise area. Trisha retrieved me quickly from the lobby. It has been many years since my last appointment, but she put me at ease. Tricia listened as I described how I wanted, my eyebrows waxed. She let me set the tone of chatting throughout the appointment, but it was clear she would've been fine if I would prefer silence as well. I can honestly say this was my least painful bikini waxing experience. Trisha was fast but thorough so it wasn't multiple waxing strips over and over a single area. I will come back!“

“Nice barbershop clean and everyone is chill. Ask for Guera aka Kim she gets me right everytime! I drive all the way from Gilbert to get my hair cut from her and she never misses. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

“This was a great experience! I typically visit a Hello Sugar in Scottsdale, but my usual waxer wasn't available, so I decided to go close to home. I was pleased that I was able to get an appointment with merely an hour of notice. My appointment was booked with the next available waxer, which was Kristyana. I requested a lip, chin, and brow wax and she didn't disappoint. She was very careful and kept the pain under control with a variety of tricks and creams. I was super impressed and I would definitely come back to see Kristyana at this location or her usual Park West spot. This location was super cute and clean inside. This worked out super well!“
