Love Eric ...skin CANCER evaluation.Unlike other dermatology practices Eric carefully looked at most areas...had 2 concerns that he said were no problem...just cryogel off....then he says that leathery skin around your neck is hereditary but we can cryogel it....so he proceeded and it's healing.That leathery skin has bothered me for years! Hate it! No other dermatologist or nurse even mentioned it!WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND!Thanks thanks grateful and appreciative.Bob Laz

Efficient and on time. Devon reviewed the reason for my visit with me and immediately set up the surgery to resolve my issue. Her M.A. was assisting her. Her M.A. was efficient, anticipating what was needed. Both of these women were friendly, engaged in conversation while getting the job done. Very pleased with this experience and will return.

I have to say That DR. Updegraff and the entire staff were very pleasant and legitimately concerned about my concerns. They handled an ongoing issue the first time I saw them. They treated me like a person rather than a patient and that was very refreshing.
