The shop did an excellent repair on a comfortable slip-on shoe. I just wish that they would accept credit cards because it's a pain to have to make a trip to the ATM for cash before picking up a repair. The tag says that they accept checks, but no one carries a checkbook around anymore--and one or two bad checks per year would surely pay for the cost of credit card fees.

This review is not about the excellent service that Soo Kim at his stores provides and delivers to his customers. It is much more. This morning around 10:00 I traveled from Sundance area in Buckeye AZ to have my shoes shined after calling to see if that service was provided. Once in the store I left four pair of shoes to be shined. Soo Kim asked for my cell number and said he would call when ready. He called and met back in the store. On my way out to leave he asked if I had more 50.00 bills. I said yes I have two. I paid Soo Kim with a 50.00 bill. I thought that was an odd question but checked my money clip. I took my Birkenstocks in because one of the straps was tearing. I took it to this shop and they did an excellent job of sewing and repairing my shoe!!I would highly recommend them. They are reasonably priced and the repairs are done in a timely manner.
