“I am the owner of designer dogs by Debbie I used to be in Sun City Arizona from 1999 to 2014 I liked it there but so expensive so I moved to the fabulous town of Youngtown Arizona 2014 and Counting I have been grooming 52 years and have a stay with your dog program I do not know a Kathy Monroe who stated she came over a year to me I write everything down I have a stay with your dog program there's no way that I hurt her dog are injured her dog I do not push the dogs that's why I do a lot of hard to do dogs is what some groomers call them this lady called me cruel she may have came to me one time ask for a low price and when I didn't give it to her she got mad this is a rewards program not a discount program prices are according to how often they come in also I do not do dogs that could be injured people sign releases to come and stay with their dogs and they see everything if the dog does not respond to me I send them to a veterinarian groomer so whoever this Kathy Monroe is that gave a chamber of Congress review one time at my old location which has been closed since 2014 I renewed everything off my smartphone this year the first time I had a smartphone is lying about a person that is 70 years old and groomed around the valley so who is the cruel one now I would say it's Kathy Monroe because someone who's groomed as long as I have respecting people and their animals would never last this long I used to own adorable Boutique fine dog grooming I've been working since 1966 started in the dog field in the 1970s and on my first shop at 21 so again stating somebody's cruel to animals were so many have came including those who don't have dogs that are what groomers called hard to do again who is the cruel one I would say a lady who supposed to be some kind of whatever is wouldn't you come come and find out for yourself you will find the dogs respond to me well and even the ones that don't like to be groomed with my rewards program no contracts no obligations want to come in as far as to stay with your dogs program you can even if they're not that difficult ask how.H“

“We've been coming to Acoma for 5 years, ever since my husband did a walk in appointment for our suddenly critically ill dog. Dr. Eells treated my husband and our dog with kindness and compassion. The team at Acoma have helped us with two end of life appointments and referred us to an in-home euthanasia vet during COVID when our elderly dog was actively dying and we had a newborn. I have always felt heard, had my questions answered, and been able to talk through all the options and ask for Dr. Eells' opinion on what course of action to take. We feel as though she has always given us moderate options and have never felt forced into a treatment or diagnostic test that wasn't necessary. The staff are kind, friendly, they recognize and know us by name and are always patient when I have to bring my kids. I know it's hard to be treating pets and talking to owners while their kids are interrupting but everyone has always been really patient with us. It has been really hard since the other vets retired and sometimes getting an appointment is a challenge but we're with Acoma for the long haul! Today, October 16, we rushed our 5 year old dog into the office 5 minutes after they opened because she had been vomiting blood over the weekend. We tried AVECCC and it wasn't a good experience for us. Acoma was able to fit us in as walk ins right away, we did X-rays and got medications and a treatment plan in an hour. It was far more affordable, too. I asked questions about what to look for, when to come back if needed, etc and feel good about bringing our dog home. If you do have to go as a walk in, try to go early and be prepared to wait but they will do their best to see you next a timely manner. Thank you for 5 years of compassionate care of our critters and us humans!“
