We were taking my Dad regularly to the office on Thunderbird but all appointments are at this office apparently. It's far from our houses and not easy to take the time to go to all his appointments when we work full time. This office cared nothing about us or our time. Because of a lack of their preparation for my Dad's appointment, we were turned away after waiting for about 45 minutes. The staff at the front desk and MA were both very matter of fact about it all and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake . I believe this sort of thing reflects on the doctor. We have appreciated Dr. Hansens's care in the past, but if staff is afraid of him finding out they missed something, that's on him. We will not be bringing my Father back. There are too many other, closer doctors who are caring and have trained staff properly. I do not recommend going here.
