One company quoted me a very low price to get everything done. Thankfully, I decided to go with Interiors by Thomas. The pricing to get my bathroom completed was excellent, especially when their materials are good quality. They got done with my bathroom in a very timely manner. They communicated every single step of the way. They didn't leave me in the dark, like past companies have. They made the process so simple, when I know others have dealt with worse. They were honest about the work that had to be done. I couldn't have asked for a better end product. My wife and I love our new bathroom. I highly recommend them.“

“We really loved what Jeff did with our guest bathroom shower. We had issues with the water leaking through the door due to the shower head in the wrong location. The new shower has been upgraded and no more leaking. After finishing the guest shower he remodeled our master bath and shower. We had several leaks in the shower and the bathtub did not have access panel. We decided to remodel both of them. I am so glad we did. It came out great. We love it! “We had interviewed 2 other contractors before we decided that we wanted to work with Cliff and Bryce. We appreciated their transparency and forthrightness from our first meeting. We chose perfectly!

We did a whole house renovation with Crosspoint Contractors. Fortunately for all of us, we did not need to live in the house during the renovation so Crosspoint could manage the entire house and not room by room. Cliff promised that he would deliver on time and within the cost projections. We were close with both.

Cliff’s workers were the best and very observant. The previous owner had removed a kitchen wall to open up the kitchen to the family room. We loved the openness. While starting to work on the kitchen ceiling, one of Cliff’s workers noticed that the ceiling was a couple of inches off. Cliff had him remove the drywall and discovered that the owner had hung the kitchen ceiling to the rafters which were starting to split after removing the load bearing wall! Cliff immediately stopped work in the kitchen, brought in an engineer and installed a post and beam to hold up the ceiling. We were so grateful that this was discovered and handled.

We have the best kitchen in Phoenix! It is gorgeous and very functional. As a cook, I appreciate the design and functionality. We love the rest of the work in the house as well. The flooring tiles are masterfully installed, and the cabinets are beautiful and functional (from Irvin Cabinets).

We are delighted with Crosspoint and are currently working with them for Phase 2.

“We hired Honor Contracting after a water leak damaged a significant portion of our downstairs bathroom and kitchen area. Based on several factors we were able to complete the downstairs repairs and decided to update our master bathroom shower. We worked with Honor Contracting and specifically Jeremy to get everything ordered, designed and budgeted. Jeremy was very helpful, responsive, professional and knowledgeable. If you’re going to do any projects, please ask for him.

The final projects came out great. Everything looks new and updated, and the updated shower is 1000 times better than the original builder grade scenario. Unfortunately, I had to give 4 stars because of the amount of times Honor Contracting’s sub contractors had to come back and fix, replace, or redo several parts of the job. The first time was partially a miscommunication between Honor Contracting and their sub contractors. The three other return trips however were due to poor craftsmanship and a lack of pride in the overall work. This is not a knock on Honor Contracting themselves necessarily, as they were very apologetic, and responsive to our complaints and rectified the issues every time within a timely manner. But the sub contractors I feel were less than up to the quality of what Honor Contracting usually portrays.

The only saving grace was that we were out of town every time they had to come and fix something, because having a 9 month old baby who needs naps can be quite disruptive with construction workers constantly coming back to fix mistakes.

There is a one year warranty on the work completed, so that’s a plus, but unfortunately we had to call them back several times within the first few months as mentioned above.

Overall, I would recommend Honor Contracting and I will consider using them again for additional projects. They are professional, take ownership if a mistake is made and more importantly respond with rectifications as soon as possible. They have a great reputation and it shows in their customer service. The last time they were out they apologized and gave us a restaurant gift card which was totally unnecessary but very much appreciated.“
