Our animal had an accident on our new couch, we contacted him immediately where we gave us instructions to pre-clean the stained area to avoid further damage and set up an appointment with us right away. He called prior to arrival letting me know he was en route, arrived on time, was professional and educational, was thorough cleaning our 2 large sectionals, gave us peace of mind with scotch guard protection in case of another accident, and even threw in a free cleaning solution he hamdmakes himself. “I was very comfortable entrusting Advantage Plus Carpet and Stone to steam clean 3 carpeted rooms as well as stretching one carpet as promised. Phoenix was efficient and conscientious working thru the 3 rooms. A very good personality and more than proficient at steaming and stretching. Turns out one additional room showed signs of needing some stretching and he did it without additional charge. I felt sorry for his knee as he went thru the stretching process. He got rid of the build-up, which made the tile look new again. Also, the office answers e-mails very quickly, and I was able to get an appointment within a few days.“
