Our animal had an accident on our new couch, we contacted him immediately where we gave us instructions to pre-clean the stained area to avoid further damage and set up an appointment with us right away. Phoenix was efficient and conscientious working thru the 3 rooms. A very good personality and more than proficient at steaming and stretching. Turns out one additional room showed signs of needing some stretching and he did it without additional charge. I felt sorry for his knee as he went thru the stretching process.
