I’ve been using BFS for several years. They answer their own phone calls and send their own people to fix things. I appreciate that sometimes it takes them a few tries but they are honest and reliable. They often go above and beyond to help. Even if something isn’t covered under their warranty, they may offer to fix it for a reasonable price. Leigh is the owner and he’s wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend!
After almost 8 years, they're way overdue for a rave review. We've been using BFS Home Warranty for 7-8 years now - and it's not only been worth every penny - they've ALWAYS gone \"above and beyond\" in the way they do business. 1 - They respond immediately (I can't remember when they have ever took longer than a couple of hours to get back to us - even on the hottest day of a holiday weekend 2 - Quality - some problems - they look at and try t fix and just decide to replace a part or even the whole unit. What ever it is, they come in with crisp expertise and competence. 3 - BUT the part that stands out the most is that they are HONEST, they Communicate and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for getting the job done. The honesty - particularly from the Owner?/Manager? Leigh Fichter - seems to extend to anyone who comes out to our house. Not only are they honest - but you can tell that they are there to get the job done right - NOT just to do the minimum requirements and leave. Over the years, we've had some routine issues, some special problems, and some emergencies (like the AC dying right before a weekend of planned holiday parties in a house filled with guests). They always come through. So BFS is one of our best investments we've ever made in our home, and we can't say enough good things about this company, their managers and their people.
