If I could give a zero, I would. dr. Shaw has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced with the doctor. My daughter aged out to see her previous neurologist. She was referred to this neurologist, who refused to see her at the first schedule appointment because he didn’t have her medical history when making this appointment, they didn’t ask for this information, or tell me that I needed to provide this information, so what a waste of time. Horrible staff no room on answering machine to leave messages never calls back. Hold time is always ridiculous very rude staff not ever trying to help or explain just nasty. Also openly speaks about patients when other patients can hear.

Went to this location today spent 30 minutes looking for it and found the old office used to be at this address has actually moved to the other building but put no signage to indicate. Tried calling their office no answer. Finally found it in 14418 building only to be told masks are mandatory to be seen by that provider. Appointment canceled hopefully in the future they let people know their requirements before hand so patients don't waste their nor the Dr's time.
