Dr Yates is amazing and the staff are incredible! Always find a way to provide your care in an emergency and my regular appointments are wonderful. I would give them 20 stars if I could!
From my 1st initial call to make the appointment to my consultation I rate their customer service high. Professional & courteous front desk. I saw Nurse Roxanne and she was great! So nice, Professional, she knew what she was talking about and was able to answer any and all questions thoroughly and without hesitation. She made me feel comfortable and trust her guidance. I came into this office to have Stephanie do my Permanent Cosmetics. Everyone there is very nice. Stephanie impressed me from the get-go. Very professional, thorough, meticulous as far as cleanliness, and she did a beautiful job on my eye liner and brows. I am very picky as I used to do permanent cosmetics. I have been nervous to find someone I could trust here. Stephanie certainly did not disappoint!
