We have received the best service from everyone at Truly Nolen. The quarterly visits are so valuable. Jonathan found on one of his visits that the glass on our sliding glass door was broken. We had our first visit from Truly Nolan Service Representative, Tammy, today. I was VERY impressed. She called to let me know what time she would arrive. Sure enough, there she was right on time! Tammy is a very pleasant person, knowledgeable about what "critters" are in our area, what they do and how she could rid the house of them. She is patient even though we had many questions. I have no doubt the house is scorpion (she found one which totals 3), mouse, roach, spider (she found a Brown Recluse) free. There wasn't anything we asked her that she couldn't intelligently and clearly explain to us. She was very complimentary of the company and told us the history. We were impressed and glad we chose Truly Nolan. We knew nothing of the area, the company or what the mouse car was running around town as we are new to the area. We feel much better now when we hear horror stories of what lives here!! So glad Tammy was assigned to us. Look forward to seeing her in July!
