This is the third time we have been to the Sierra Vista office. All three times, they lied to us about calling for our ride home. I'm a Tucson VA patient living in Sierra Vista, unlike some other reviewers my experience was fantastic! My consultation appointment went smoothly (no excessive wait), and my subsequent procedure (12/14/23) was pleasant as any colonoscopy can be. From the time I arrived, I was greeted with warm and courteous attention. The caring professionals (front office staff, Raquel, Michele, Amy, the Anesthesiologist and Dr. Mezher) were Top Notch. I was in-and-out in an hour. Glad we SV patients have this option. I highly recommend this office!
