Turned my wife's coat in on 01/02/2024 to be cleaned. The gentleman at the desk was very nice I asked, and he told me it would be around $20 maybe a little more and I could pick it up on Friday. Went in today to get it and the lady told me it was $68. I told her what I was told and she knocked $20 off. But low and behold, when I got out to my truck, I looked at the jacket and it hadn't been cleaned at all. Very disappointed with this and I'm reporting it everywhere that I can.

I think they do a good job and the lady there is very nice and the price was very reasonable. I haven't spoken to her about my comforter because it was very clean but the issue I think is wherever they take it to clean it the drum they put the comforter in perhaps was not big enough because it pulled and pilled all around the edges of my $350 comforter. I was able to carefully trim it off. I would use them again but I don't know if I'd take that comforter there. I'd take other comforters though.

I have been using Lloyd's for about two years and they are fantastic! They have even been able to help me when I don't have alot of time to wait.
