Very fast, professional, and timely mannered staff! They were able to answer our billion questions, and up for any task we threw their way. Would 100% recommend! Prices are very reasonable too.(If you have mini splits, they are super capable! I couldn't find anyone in town who would even answer some questions let alone help finish with an install until 1st west info was passed my way!)

We would like to take this opportunity to thank first west servicing corporation (sorry, I am a new user of a smartphone and do not know how to capitalize). We moved into our current apartment in march, 2018. From day 1 we had problems with our a/c and heating. The company on call (I will keep this short) put ourselves and the management thru nightmare of "it's ok; ordering the parts; parts on the way; parts lost; reordering; etc." This went on for 8 months.
