“I began my roofing project over 3 years ago with a local company. They completed my house & said they'd be back in 2 weeks to roof the garage. After 3 years, I gave up & asked another local contractor. It took a couple of weeks for him to even show up to look & tell me he'd get me a invoice...but I never heard back. When I heard about Landmark Metal Builders from a neighbor, I called, but expected to get similar service, frankly. I was thrilled & so pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone & Brian called me quickly. Within days he was out to look at my roof. He alerted me to some water damage from a clogged downspout & his estimate included those necessary repair. He also warned me that they were extremely busy with current jobs so it would be next spring before they could do the job. I figured that another 6 months was not a big deal! When Brian reached out a couple of weeks ago to say they had a delay on another project & could squeeze me in now, I was over the moon! From Brian, to the foreman Mike & his crew, I was very impressed with the professionalism, quality, attention to detail...the way they treated my annoying dogs & worked on frosty 25 degree mornings...with this company! From start to finish, Mike and his team made sure that every detail was accounted for and executed flawlessly. Larry and Frank did such a wonderful job prepping the space, and Larry did a stellar job on the cabinet installation. Gerald came over to help finish the job and honestly, there is not ONE person who was involved with this remodel who I wasn't just 100% pleased with, from the plumbing to Cody's backsplash tiling to the countertop install. Not only are they super dog-friendly, they also clean up after themselves daily, as well! They listen, they take lots of notes, they make adjustments and then they make it happen. The only frustrating thing was that we had to continue to reach out to them to keep our home on their radar in order for our job to get started. Once they started the job they were reliable and proficient. The two guys who worked on our house were kind, respectful and professional. The repairs they did on our roof and the ceilings were done impeccably! You can't even see the seam on the ceiling from where they had to patch the drywall. The office staff were also kind, professional, and quick to respond with everything I needed for the insurance company. They are a bit expensive but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and Perrill is worth the money!“

“I really want to love this store, but it is way too small, and I end up having to go to Lowes or Ace. Plus, the inside garden waterers fail to keep the larger plants/trees adequately moist. Hate to see the damaged plants!“
