Had our units serviced 3 months ago by Bergs. Yesterday we had a home inspection and it was found the the service tech did not even clean the fan blades on the unit in our attic. Called Bergs and was told we are outside the 30 warranty period so they would charge $75 to come back out and finish the job their tech neglected. Climbing into my attic to inspect his job should not have to be done. I paid $300 to service all units and I am told the dust on the blades could've accumulated to that level in that short period of time is wrong. Unfortunately they have lost a customer that has used their services for over 30 years.

Berg's added an air duct and installed my new over the range microwave oven. The men who did the work were prompt, friendly, and did awesome work. The total cost was the exact amount of the estimate. I would highly recommend Berg's.
These guys are A1, their estimators installers and technicians are very professional, prompt and helpful. The price I received was lower than two other Heating and Air installers quotes here in town. Thank you Alex for spending the time explaining the quotes and different heating and AC options available to me. Thanks to the installers and follow on technicians who took the care to protect my property and explain all aspects of furnace and thermostat operations.
