Afterhours Services recently fixed my heat pump, which had multiple issues including damage to the duct work done by an unknown animal and failing parts. They responded quickly and kept us informed of the estimated costs and timeline. They went out of their way to ensure we had adequate heat during the day it took for parts to arrive. They followed up to make sure the fixes had been made and that our unit was operating efficiently. Would definitely recommend to anyone having heat or A/C issues.

My wife and Iare extreamly satisfied with the installation of our new heating and cooling system. Randy and his crew did a great job, and follow up, installing our new system. They were very timely and bang on with the estimate. We very highly recommend using Basom's for any heating and cooling needs.
