I am always wary of going into car stores as a mom with three small high energy children and very little knowledge of car mechanics. The ladies working here were amazing, taking care of my issue promptly, fixing my car up while my kids and I waited inside (it was freezing outside). First time I have ever had a good experience at a car store!

I appreciate that he didn't talk down to me because I am a woman working on my own vehicle. He helped me tremendously. I am envious of and grateful for the relationship he has with his grown daughter who works on vans with him. Big smile. Bill is a treasure.

Stopped by the other day to get a check engine light read and Bill walked out with me scanned the car for me printed me a list of codes and even recommended parts was in and out of the store in minutes wish more autozones had customer service this good.
