They are awesome! Rates are great, no issues with bugs. I just wish they had a way to set up an appt online. I can't hear at all on the phone so it's a little inconvenient for me.
Mike is excellent with communication and making sure his customers are taken care of. Any time we have had issues, he has been very prompt about getting the job done and coming back when necessary. His techs are very knowledgeable and will make sure to discuss any further issues or treatments needed.
The gentleman came over for our new home inspection on time. He had a busy schedule but fit us in. He completed the job, gave a detailed report and wasn't extremely expensive. He was recommended to us by our home inspector and I was quite pleased with his service.
