We recently had guests in our rental property who reported that the air conditioning suddenly stopped cooling. Russell & Sons not only answered our call after hours, but they also sent a technician to our property the same night. Jordan quickly diagnosed the issue, and we received an estimate over the weekend. They scheduled the repair as soon as possible. Throughout the process, Jordan and the office kept us informed with exceptional customer service. The repair was completed efficiently, and we would highly recommend their services!
My condenser fan motor recently went out I’m on a home warranty contract and they had me on a 4 day wait list i called russell and sons and they showed up same day and got my hvac system back up and running great customer service I totally recommend them !
