“Had a dual head mini split installed in my basement. Ran it for quite a few after the tech left. Woke up the next morning to water running down my wood wall. Stained. Called Peter (owner). I live in taylor he was in Vernon. This guy was at my front door in about 30 mins. Discovered the issue....drain line was pinched. Crap happens. Fixed and verified that BOTH units were now ok. Right in front of me looked up the material needed to repair my stuff and will be here monday morning to take care of it. Why 5 stars? The level of legitimate concern, the stunning amount of expediency, and the 100% no bs "I'm going to take care of this" is hard to come.by these days.
