Roger was GREAT! This may sound silly but here's what he did that other appliance repair companies didn't: *Answered the phone *Found my house *Called when he was running behind schedule (30 min) *Actually showed up *Works on Samsung *Used the right parts *When he had to order a part and come back, he came a day early because he was in the neighborhood *Noticed details and caught a part that was breaking and would have cost me more time without my dryer later and gave me the option of fixing it now (duh) I highly recommend Above and Beyond. They're aptly named!
