Brian did a amazing job cleaning out carpet!
He was excellent.

We are selling our large 2 story townhouse in the VOC with stairs. The carpet is light tan (the original carpet) and was full of redrock - and tar stains from the road. The heavy traffic areas of the carpet were very discolored.

Brian was very honest and said "it will not come out completely clean - but will do the best he can". He went over the carpet 8 times - and came back two days later and did another couple of water washes. He worked very hard but was very careful with the furniture, The carpet was very much improved.

Wow, stop searching and call Bryan! Simple, easy done. Carpets look brand new after his amazing work. General grime and stains came out no problem, even in high traffic areas. We were considering replacing the carpet, but not any more with his professionalism. Quality carpet cleaners in Sedona are tough to find. Highly, highly recommended, 10 stars!

Brian did an amazing job with our old tattered rental carpets! They were spotty & discolored when he started & nice & bright when he finished! Not to forget to mention, the process was quick, the carpets dried so fast too which was perfect since we have a few cats. No weird irritating smell either! Thank you Brian!
