I just can’t say enough about the prompt service that we received this morning. Of course our A/C had to go out over the weekend. I called this a.m. expecting to probably have a couple of day wait. Brian was here within an hour and got us cool air running in record time! Such a great experience when service in this town is not always reliable.

I called for service on my heating system and was initially told that they were booked out a week, the same as for five other contractors. But Sharon Hart said they would call if they had a cancellation. Two hours later they called and said they could send out a technician today. To make it short, Tom Hart was able to find parts and repair the heater in two hours. My son lives in the house and is ill so getting this type of response was extraordinary. We are both so grateful. Service was responsive, professional and cost effective. We highly recommend the Hart company for your heating and cooling service.Service: Heating maintenance
