Vile customer service. After notifying Heather Johnson of the mistakes mistakes I found in my tax return, she lied to me instead to f asking someone more knowledgeable. After contacting Blake Comish directly to correct the error, Heather Johnson then sent the old return for filing. When notified about this she was argumentative and, you got it, dishonest again.Mistakes happen in every line of business, the problem here is having the wrong personality to deal with issues that arise. Bottom line: she’s bad for business.
We have been very pleased with the service that has been provided for our business. We love Heather, our bookkeeper, she is a joy to work with. Blake has been professional, thorough and has assisted us in preparing to sell our business.
