I really love coming to lenscrafters.. the staff here is so friendly and professional.. Dr. Streff is amazing!.. she is so knowledgeable and thorough.. Melody really took the time to help me pick out my new frames. I am super picky.. and she was so patient!

Front desk experience was perfect, check in was fast and seamless. Initial exam was great, good equipment, love the fact I don't need to get my eyes dilated anymore to get the retinal test done. And of course Dr. Zmymlinski is the best, I've seen him for years and won't switch.

The whole experience was smooth, very professional, kind and courteous staff all around. The atmosphere is very comfortable and everyone makes you feel welcome. Great store with excellent customer service which is super rare these days.
