Very impressed! I dropped off a Cal King Pottery Barn Flax Linen comforter to be cleaned. The top edge where its always handled was my main reason for cleaning. I picked it up 3 days earlier than quoted and am shocked at how well it turned out. I swear it looks better now that it was when I first purchased it. DO NOT HESITATE to use them for delicate items. These people are professionals and take customer service to another level.
