By a stroke of luck or misfortune, depending on your views of workout intensity, I landed in a lunch time Pilates class with just me and Miranda. I'm new to Pilates and appropriately hesitant around heavy machinery, but Miranda put me at ease...and then through the ringer! We went through every (torture) device in the facility, of which there are ample, and she did a great job of guiding the proper usage and form while ensuring I left each with a puddle of perspiration. It was great! I honestly learned a lot about where I'm lacking in strength and looking forward to building a better mind/muscle connection with further practice.

I've taken Pilates classes at Willow Wellness Center since 2017. Both Miranda and Patti are phenomenal instructors. The class sizes are small, so you really receive the extra attention and assistance with form. When I first started taking classes I wasn’t in the best shape. Now, I’m stronger than ever and in the best shape I’ve ever been. I look forward to my classes every week and I am consistently challenged. I highly recommend the Pilates classes at Willow Wellness Center.

Willow Wellness Center is a rare find offering amazing Cadillac/Reformer/Mat Pilates and more conveniently located off the 101 in beautiful & easily accessible Scottsdale. Miranda is professional, talented, knowledgeable, engaging, even humorous, offering small personalized classes to develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and community! Her space is well thought out, clean and bright offering natural sunlight and a beautiful atrium with a fountain as a wonderful focal point when your kicking out those last few repetitions. Phew ?
