West USA Realty: Dave Severyns

Never answers his phone when you call. As an owner of a property he manages I'm not sure how he stays in business. My business partner and myself are working with him now, but will be looking for someone more attentive. He doesn't care about the tenants, maintenance issues go ignored for months, damage is done to the property and Dave and his partner Allan will try to talk their way out of things. They act like they know a lot....but they really aren't up to speed on laws or marketing. They got our business years ago, and we just have had enough.
