Awesome! I usually dread picking out frames but Sarah and Malika right away jumped in with style ideas. Sarah immediately picked 2 frames for my face that were perfect and she was so knowledgeable about the hundreds of styles. The styles are laid super easy to find and Malika toured me on how they are laid out in the store as I was browsing. The team was really helpful and even tried to help repair my broken glasses(not from their brand) without me asking. I was so happy to find two new pairs I can’t wait to wear and get checked out in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend. Efficient, clean, intuitive layout, friendly, great experience.
Warby in scottsdale quarter was great!! Customer service was amazing and very patient with me. I have a hard time deciding and Michael was very patient! So was the eye doctor. She was great. Highly recommended
The employees here at Warby Parker are top notch. Specifically Chris, was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful by fixing my glasses not just once but twice. I left very happy with my purchase and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new set of glasses!
