This was going to be a 1-star review. Had a very bad experience with Rey. I went in for a basic beard trim because I don't have clippers. I've had a bad experience with Rey before with this same issue so part of it was my own fault for going back to him. I felt like I was very specific in what I was looking for but at the end of it, it was not at all what I wanted. I was very upset and Igor overheard. He came over and offered to fix it. I was hesitant to do this as I've had multiple bad experiences here. Very glad I was open minded and let IGOR fix the beard trim, which required a haircut. Berta did an incredible job, she was recommended to me by my grandfather and will be going back to her again in a few months for my next cut. She trimmed my hair and shaped up my beard perfectly. Price was reasonable to me and worth it.
I've never had a better experience than this place. Elizabeth has been cutting my hair and has been doing a wonderful job. I added a shave and it was amazing! Parking is easy. Scheduling is even easier. It's clean. They are quick. I tried V's at other locations and it was ok. This place is perfect!
