I love this place! I’ve been seen by Dr. Uelner for years and always appreciate the way she explains things and takes her time to make sure I get the right prescription. One year I even wanted color contacts and she and her staff took time to teach me how to put contacts in and out and let me try different colors. Her staff are the friendliest people. They always have smiles on their faces and take time to help me pick the perfect frames, even if it takes a while! I just got my new glasses. It took just about two weeks and then they adjusted the fit right there when I picked them up. They look amazing and I’ve been getting complements everyday. Highly recommend!
Updated: The doctor called me back and resolved an issue and apologized for the his handling I was going through.. I understand not everything goes to plans.. I will definitely return since he reached out personal and made an effort.. He does care about his patients..:)
We really enjoyed our visit with Dr. Campouris. He is kind and patient with a good sense of humor. Even with the complexity of our case, one could tell he genuinely wants to help to make sure he gets your care and prescription done correctly. Would highly recommend his practice for North Phoenix and North Scottsdale residents.
