Dr. Goettl and his staff were amazing. They all introduced themselves and made sure I was very informed about the procedure I was having. You can tell that they all truly care. Their office and their procedure rooms are very clean and decorated in a comforting way. After my procedure they made sure that I was comfortable and had a drink and a snack before they released me to go home. I have never been to a physicians office where ALL the staff were kind and courteous. Thank you all so much!
Super great experience. I had my port put in 2 yrs ago and got it out today. Staff is positive, professional and attentive . Upon my exit they were so sweet they gave me a congratulations card signed by all of them for getting my port out … very nice and an exclamation mark on my exit from this cancer journey. Thank you all.
My experience with VIP has been wonderful, starting with my initial consultation with Dr. Chen to the followup appointments. Dr. Chen explained the procedures very thoroughly and answered all my questions so I could understand them. On the day of my procedure, David put my at ease. He was reassuring through my entire interaction with him. Samantha was also fantastic. She also was very informative and keep great communication with me throughout the procedure. Jennifer has done several followups with me to check on my progress and I am very glad to say it is going well.
