It's funny (not really) how we can take for granted the many movements our bodies make on a daily basis. You never appreciate how wonderfully your body works until you lose some of that functionality and then suddenly you are supremely aware of the stark difference between what you were once capable of and what is now your reality. I have had a few of these awakenings in the past and am grateful to have recovered from them. My most recent was the loss of mobility in my shoulder and the addition of a great deal of pain when trying to use my right arm/shoulder or even to look up above door knob level in a room. Valley spinal care gets it! I highly recommend coming in for PT, chiropractic, and body work services. I originally came in after I blew out my back.
