The name couldn’t be more fitting — is is TRUE hot yoga, and it is an incredible experience! I’ve enjoyed my classes so much. Thank you to Patty and staff for making it such a welcoming place. I look forward to coming back!

Best. Hot. Yoga. Ever. I was a Group Fitness instructor for over 5 years. I know when an instructor likes doing what they are doing - Patty and her crew LOVES what they do!!! Everyone is so friendly and kind and it's all about guiding you and empowering you, each class you go to. Thank you Patty and all the instructors for being amazing.

My mom and I have come to True Hot Yoga for years—it's a true sanctuary in Scottsdale and I always leave feeling energized and ready for whatever the day throws at me.For my mom's birthday this year I requested a private yoga class for her and her cousin. Patty, the owner, went way above and beyond to make sure the class was special and absolutely personalized for my mom - from the music, to inspirational quotes - and led a class that my mom just raved about all day.
